Coordinated community workshops related to public safety, foreclosure prevention, financial literacy, home ownership and a six week literacy camp for youth,

Focused on establishing a green community, constructed a water playground for children, established urban and community gardens

Constructed a 9,600 square foot office and retail space, 26,000 square foot neighborhood grocery store and offered miscellaneous workforce literacy workshops

Offered HIV/AIDS prevention & awareness training, rehabbed houses, secured property for grocery store and retail center helped residents increase home ownership awareness and maintenance
